嵌顿痔手术前后的护理体会

Experiences of Nursing for Preoperative and Postoperative Patients Who Underwent Operations for Incarcera- ted Hemorrhoids

为强调护理在嵌顿痔手术前后的重要作用，结合108例嵌顿痔术前及术后的护理，总结了术前护理（常规护理、心理护理）和术后护理（饮食、疼痛、排便、排尿、出血、水肿）的护理体会。结果表明，手术是治疗嵌顿痔的最佳方法，而患者及家属与医护人员的密切配合、细心护理对该疾病的治愈、康复、疗效及减少患者的痛苦起着至关重要的作用。

The experiences of nursing for 108 patients who had undergone operations for incarcerated hem orrhoids were summarized. The experience included two aspects：preoperative nursing（routine and psychological nursings） and postoperative nursing（diet, pain, defecation, urination, bleeding, edema）. It is revealed that surgical operation is of the key role in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids, while effective nurs ing is of very important role in promotion of cure,recovery,therapeutic efficacy and reduction of pain.
