摘要
南京中心大酒店在加层改造中,将室外半圆形庭院围合成9层高的超大共享空间,设计方案新颖,但实现难度很大。结构设计中为新增钢结构设置了清晰的传力路径,严格控制结构自重,解决了阻尼比确定、新老建筑共同工作等设计难题,并兼顾结构美观和市中心施工可行性,保证了项目的顺利实施,取得了很好的经济、社会效益。
In the retrofitting of Nanjing Central Hotel,new concept of design was brought in,which enclosed the outdoor semi-circle shaped courtyard into a nine-story large sharing space.However,the concept was very difficult to be carried out.In the new-added steel structure,load-transferring was very clear,and self-weight was reduced to the minimum.Many design difficulties were solved such as damping ratio setting and coincident work of adding stories with the old structure.The structure aesthetics and the operation feasibility in downtown were well taken into consideration.The project was carried out smoothly,and it achieved great economic and social benefit.
