耳压法加穴位注射治疗顽固性结膜充血91例

Treatment of Obstinate Conjunctival Congestion with Ear-pressing Therapy and Point-injection:A Report of 91 Cases

本文报导91例因急、慢性结膜炎以及浅层点状角膜炎所致的结膜充血顽固不愈的患者经加用耳压法及维丁胶性钙、核酪注射液穴位注射,疗效显著提高,其中急性结膜炎症状重,持续3-7天的16例一次治疗有效占75%,三-四次有效占95.7%:急性结/角膜炎症状持续1-4周或反复数次的34例有效占94.1%,慢性结膜炎、浅层角膜炎1-5年的38例有效占81.6%,而三例反复发作一年以上的春季结膜炎全部有效.

Ninety-one cases of obstinate conjunctival congestion, which are due to acute/ chronic conjunctivitis, or superficial punctate keratitis, were treated with ear-pressing therapy and point-injection of Calcium Colloidal et Vit D and Injectio Acidi Nucleici et Caseini Hydrolysatis Composita. Of the cases, sixteen severe cases of acute conjunctivitis for 3-7 days were treated for only one time, the effective rate being 75%; for 3-4 times, the effective rate being 95%. Thirty-four cases of acute conjunctivitis/keratitis for 1-4 weeks or with repeated attack were treated, with an effective rate of 94.1%. Thirty-eight cases of chronic conjunctivitis or superficial keratitis for 1-5 years were treated, with an effective rate of 81.6%. Three cases of conjunctivitis in spring season with repeated attack for more than one year all showed effective.
