地贞颗粒对“更年期”拟阴虚内热证模型大鼠的影响

Effects of Di Zhen Granule on Menopausal Rat Model with Interior Heat and Yin Deficiency Syndrome

地贞颗粒治疗给药，能显著改善模型大鼠阴虚内热的症状和体征，可见不同程度阴道上皮角化现象，并使子宫重量增加；降低血清ＬＨ（黄体生成素）、ＦＳＨ（促卵泡激素）、ＰＲＬ（泌乳素）含量；能使血浆ＮＥ（去甲肾上腺素）、Ｅ（肾上腺素）及脑组织 ５－ＨＴ（５－羟色氨）含量降低，从而降低交感神经兴奋性。

Di Zhen Granule can alleviate the symptoms and signs ing menopausal rat model with in- terior heat and yin deficiency syndrome, promote cornification of vaginal epithelium, increase uterus weight, decrease serum LH, FSH and PRL contents, decrease plasma NE, epinephrine (E) and brain 5-HT contents, and reduce sympathetic nerve excitability.
