摘要
目的 :研究肾素、血管紧张素系统 (RAS)与高血压之间的关系。方法 :2 8只健康家兔随机分 4组 :1 .正常对照组 2 .单纯高血压组 3.高血压 +尼莫地平组 4.高血压 +开搏通组。采用单侧肾动脉狭窄法制成高血压动物模型。分别于术前及术后 8周各组采血测血浆肾素 (PRA)及血管紧张素 (ANG )。结果 :第 2、3组中 PRA及 ANG 手术前后无变化 (P>0 .0 5) ,而第 4组中使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂开搏通后 ANG 仍较术前无改变 (P>0 .0 5) ,但高血压明显被抑制。结论 :实验性肾性高血压在慢性期的维持与循环中 RAS无关 ,而是在血循环之外的某些组织中存在有 RAS,正是组织中的
Objective :To study the relationship between renin angiotensin system (RAS) and hypertensionMethods:Twentyeight healthy rabbits were divided into four groups : (1)Normal control (2)Hypertension (3) Hypertension + Nimodipine (4) Hypertension + Captopril Plasma renin activity (PRA) and AngiotensinⅡ(ANGⅡ) were measured before operation and 8 weeks after operationResults: In group (2) and (3),neither PRA nor ANGⅡ were significant difference before operation and 8 weeks after operation In group (4), although captopril could reduce the level of blood pressure,yet ANGⅡ was no change Conclusion: In chronic phase of experimental renal hypertension,in spite of no change of RAS in circulation blood, Angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor captopril can still decrease the blood pressure So the existence of a local tissue RAS is confirmed and is considered to response to the maintenance of hypertension during the chronic phase
