骶管内硬膜外腔封闭处理髓核化学溶解疗法术后严重腰痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of serve back pain after chemonucleolysis using caudal analgesia

目的 :观察骶管内硬膜外腔封闭处理髓核化学溶解疗法术后严重腰痛的疗效。方法 :分别将 64例行髓核化学溶解疗法术后出现中、重度腰痛患者 ,随机分成骶管封闭组和对照组 ,对比分析疗效。结果 :采用骶管封闭治疗可达到迅速镇痛及缩短病程的目的 ,与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0 .0 1 )。结论

Objective: To observe the effect of treatment on serve backpain after chemonucleolysis with caudal analgesia Methods: Sixtyfour cases with serve back after chemonucleolysis were ramdomly devided into two groups( caudal analgsia group and controlled group ) and compared the effect between two groups Results: Treatment using caudal analgesia could rapidly relieve pain and shorten the course of back painthere is great remarkable discrepancy comparing with controlled group (P<001)Conclusion: Caudal analgesia can effectively treat severe back pain after chemonucl eolysis on pathological changes
