多场协同原理在管内对流强化传热性能评价中的应用 被引量:26

摘要 针对管内层流和湍流换热,分析了流体质点矢量物理量的协同性,揭示了对流换热多场协同规律与强化传热机理之间的关系,提出了评价强化传热综合性能的效能评价系数EEC,同时,基于协同角α,β,θ,γ,η,初建了判断层流和湍流强化传热性能的统一评价体系以及相应的评价指标.此外,针对内插三角杆强化传热管建立了数学模型,通过数值模拟对所建立的评价体系及其指标进行了验证.计算结果表明,基于多场协同原理的协同角与强化传热效果的评价准则之间相互对应,在Re数为300~1800的范围内,性能评价系数EEC值在1.3~2.3之间,而效能评价系数EEC值则在0.33~0.45之间.
