青岛市某高校173例大学生心理咨询案例分析

Analysis of 173 cases of psychological counseling in some university in Qingdao City

目的了解大学生心理问题的类型与特点,为高校有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法对2010年9月至2011年7月青岛某高校心理咨询中心173例学生心理咨询记录进行统计分析。结果大学生咨询的问题主要是发展性问题,不同年级大学生的心理状况差异有统计学意义,针对这些心里问题,需要有不同的应对措施。结论高校应加强大学生心理健康教育工作,有针对性地采取应对措施,帮助大学生解决心理障碍。

Objective To understand the types and characteristics of college students＇ psychological problems so as to provide the evidenee for developing psychological counseling in universities. Methods The records of 173 eases of psychological counseling at a psychological counseling center of some university in Qingdao City were analyze statistically from September 2010 to July 2011. Results Most psyehologieal problems that college students counseled were linked with their development, and the students in different grades had different psychological problems, so they required different treatment measures. Conclusions The authority of university should strengthen the mental health education and take effective measures to help college students solve their psychological problems.
