白花妇炎片治疗慢性盆腔炎76例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Baihua Fuyan Tablets on 76 Cases of Chronic pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察白花妇炎片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择76例该病患者,采用董克礼教授经验方制成的白花妇炎片进行治疗,以30天为1个疗程,均治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:本组76例中,治愈24例,显效30例,好转12例,无效10例,总有效率为86.8%;从对不同年龄段、不同病程、不同病情程度疗效比较来看,年龄在46岁且病程在5年以内者以及病情为轻、中度患者效果较好。结论:白花妇炎片治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of Baihua Fuyan tablets in 76 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods： 76 patients with the disease were treated with Baihua Fuyan tablets made from an experience formula created by Professor Dong Keli,30 days for a course of treatment,the efficacy was counted after one course of treatment.Results： 24 patients were cured,30 markedly improved,12 improved and 10 not any effect,the total effective rate was 86.8%.Compared in different ages,different diseased duration and different conditions,when the age was below the 46-year-old,the disease was in five years and the condition was moderate,the effects were better.Conclusion： The Baihua Fuyan tablets were reliable for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
