摘要 对结构故障诊断的基本原理和方法进行了系统的研究 ,扩展了目前流行的一些结构故障诊断方法 ,建立了一系列新的结构故障诊断公式。发现考虑物理约束、借鉴专家知识和经验有助于结构故障诊断问题的根本解决 ,建立了基于知识的结构故障诊断的理论框架。除此之外 ,还对无模型的结构故障诊断方法进行了深入的研究 ,建立了结构应变矢量 {ε}和结构应变模态矩阵[Ψ ]、结构自振频率矩阵 [Ω ]、结构位移模态矩阵 [Φ ]三者之间的一阶变分关系 ,从中揭示出无模型状态下结构损伤识别和定位的合理方案。以此为基础 ,提出了一些新的。 A systematic research is made on the basic principles and methods for fault diagnosis of structural systems, some of the popular fault diagnosis methods are extended, and a set of new structural fault diagnosis formula are suggested. The present paper discovers that it is helpful for solving completely the fault diagnosis problems of structures to consider physics constrains and to use experts' empirical knowledge, and a new knowledge based fault diagnosis theory of structures is established. Besides, a thorough study is also made on the structural fault diagnosis method in the case of free model, a type of variational relationship between structural strain vector {ε} and its strain modal matrix [Ψ] ,natural frequency matrix [Ω] ,and displacement modal matrix [Φ] is established, from which, a new principle for identifying and locating of structural damages is discovered. Based on above works, a few of new fault diagnosis formula which are reasonable in mathematics, feasible in engineering, and suitable in the cases of either model free or modelbased situations are presented.
