A newly typed complex series systematic methodology for composite shallow is described,which is used to study the static response of thin rectangular shallow shell using classical laminated theory.Previously unavailable general analytic solution for thin rectangular shallow shell is obtained at the first time.Computations are carried out to verify the convergence and stability of the analytic general solution.It is shown the numerical results in terms of analytic solutions for laminated shallow shell presented is similar to the results by analytic solutions for thin laminates.
