通过毕业生就业指导调查，分析当前毕业生择业观，探讨其中存在的问题及毕业生对学校就业指导与服务方面的要求，提出要坚持素质教育，加强思想教育，并建立以学校为主体的就业市场，同时，加强对毕业生在就业政策、择业技巧、法律知识等方面的就业指导与服务。

Via an employment guidance questionnaire on graduates from Civil Aviation University of China, the paper investigates their job views as Well as problems therein, job guidance and service to be de sired from the university authority. It strongly claims that we should uphold quality education and deepen ideological education. Meanwhile, a university-based job market guidance system should be established, which will serve graduates far better than before in employment policies, skills, laws, etc.
