摘要
按绩效支付是为了提高医疗服务质量,保障患者安全,坚持以患者为中心,减少不必要的医疗费用而设计的一种支付方式,在世界范围内被广泛应用。通过以美国加利福尼亚州按绩效支付项目为例着重介绍了按绩效支付的实施概况、考核的指标体系、按绩效支付的结果、经济奖励核算方法,并提出实施过程中要着重解决的问题。同时提出按绩效支付在我国的应用性。
Pay for performance is a kind of payment system aiming to raise health service quality,guarantee patients' safety,encourage patient-centered care,reduce unnecessary cost and it is widely used globally.Taking pay for performance project in California for example,this paper introduced basic situation,performance measurement indicators system,result and economic award methods,and key problems existed in pay for performance.The application of pay for performance in China is prospected.
