摘要
通过对省级医学会多年来医疗事故技术鉴定的案例资料进行分类统计整理,剖析医疗事故发生案例的机构分布、委托性质、专业特点、等级构成、责任程度等,从而为建立医疗风险管理预防机制、维护医患双方合法权益等提供参考依据。
Based on the cases of medical accident technology appraisal in provincial medical association,the distribution of medical accidents,entrust nature,professional character,grade and responsibility were described to give evidence for establishing medical risk management prevention mechanism and safeguarding benefit for both hospital and patients.
