摘要
本文探索丁公藤中抗风湿成份东莨菪素的紫外导数光谱测定法.并应用于冯了性风湿跌打药酒中该成份的测定.结果证明,题示物的二阶导数光谱在特定条件下,能完全清除较高的背景吸收,于390nm谷-420nm蜂振幅D值与药酒中题示物浓度有良好线性关系.以单味丁公藤酒作标准.与东莨菪素纯品对照测得回收率可达100.9%.
This paper reported the determination of Scopoletin, an antirheumatic component in Erycibe Obtusifolia, by UV-derivative spectrophotometry, which was also used in the determination of antirheumatic component in Feng Liao Xing Medicated Wine for Rheumatism. The results showed that under specified conditions, bivalent derivative spectrum can completely clear away the higher background absorption, and the amplitude D value had a good linear relationship with the concentration of the subject in the medicated wine in 1.3×10^(-4)g/ml-2.6×10^(-4)g/ml between the amplitude of 390nm valley -420nmpeak. With the single-drug medicated wine of Erycibe Oblusifolia as the criterion, the rate of recovery was about 100.9%.
