摘要 适量的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)有利于精子的获能和顶体反应,高水平的活性氧会导致氧化应激。在氧化应激的作用下发生脂类氧化反应,精子DNA碱基对活性氧非常敏感,在脂类过氧化下会引起碱基修饰、DNA键断裂及染色质交联,使精子DNA受损。精子DNA损伤后会导致男性不育、反复自然流产、后代遗传风险和辅助生殖技术治疗的失败。因此,对精子DNA损伤的预防和干预就显得尤为重要。 The proper amount of reactive oxygen species(ROS)can facilitate the capacitation of sperm and acrosome reaction.High levels of reactive oxygen species may cause oxidative stress which may further result in lipid oxidation.Since sperm DNA base pairs are very sensitive to reactive oxygen species,such changes as base modification,DNA cleavage and chromatin cross-linking caused by lipid peroxidation may occur and may damage sperm DNA.Sperm DNA damage may lead to male infertility,recurrent spontaneous abortion,genetic risk of offspring and failure of assisted reproductive technology treatment.Therefore,prevention and intervention of sperm DNA damage is particularly important.
