摘要
目的:观察直肠微波治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将80例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组(直肠微波联合药物治疗)和对照组(单用药物治疗)。观察两组治疗前后疗效指标。结果:治疗组总有效率82.5﹪,对照组总有效率62.5﹪,两组有效率比较差异有显著性。结论:直肠微波治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎具有较好的疗效。
Objectives： To observe the effect of rectal microwave treatment on type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods： Eighty patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group（rectal microwave combination therapy） and the control group（drug therapy alone）.The therapeutic effects were observed before and after treatment.Results： The total effective rate was 82.5% in the control group,while the total efficiency rate for the treatment group was 62.5%,the difference between the two groups being significant.Conclusion： Rectal microwave treatment has better therapeutic effects on type III chronic prostatitis.
