腔道介入治疗慢性前列腺炎1826例效果观察

Endoscopic intervention in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis

目的:应用ZRL-Ⅱ-A型腔道介入治疗仪进行腔道介入治疗慢性前列腺炎,观察治疗效果。方法:在我院综合门诊男科治疗室,将患有慢性前列腺炎的患者随机进行分组,利用ZRL-II-A型前列腺治疗仪以及配套材料五腔带囊电极导管接受腔道介入治疗进行治疗效果的观察。结果:使用ZRL-II-A型前列腺治疗仪进行慢性前列腺炎治疗后患者均感到治疗效果明显,症状有所改善,临床治愈率达到72%,明显好转率为21.45%,好转率为5.92%。结论:使用腔道介入治疗仪治疗慢性前列腺炎,为慢性前列腺炎患者提供一条新型、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic efficiency of ZRL-II-A endoscopic intervention device in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods： The patients with prostatitis coming to our clinic were divided into the study group and the control group to compare their therapeutic efficiency.The study group were treated with ZRL-Ⅱ-A endoscopic intervention device fitted with electrode cathetre.Results： The endoscopic intervention device revealed significant better therapeutic effects.The symptoms were much improved with the overall curative rate of 72%,the significant improvement rate of 21.45% and the improvement rate of 5.92%.Conclusion： Endoscopic intervention provides a new,safe and effective approach for the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
