无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术在腹股沟疝修补中的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and safety of tension-free hernia repair and suture repair in inguinal hernia

目的探讨无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术在腹股沟疝修补中的疗效与安全性。方法将2004-01—2007-12收治的266例腹股沟疝患者按数字表法随机分为2组,141例行无张力修补,125例行传统修补,比较分析2组临床资料。结果无张力疝修补术后疼痛程度、下床活动时间、复发率均明显少于传统疝修补术组(P<0.05)。2组患者住院时间、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术是安全有效的理想术式,具有安全、疼痛轻、下床活动早、术后复发率低等优点。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of tension-free hernia repair and suture repair in inguinal hernia.Methods Between January 2005 and December 2007,266 patients underwent inguinal hernia repair were randomly divided into two groups,tension-free hernia repair（141cases）and suture repair（125cases）.The clinical data from the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results To pain scores,ambulation time,recurrence rate in tension-free hernia repair group were significantly less than those in suture repair group（P〈0.05）.Cost of hospitalization was also significantly lower in suture repair group（P〈0.05）.No significant differences were Length of hospital stay.operation-correlated complications between two groups.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair is a perfect surgical operation for the inguinal hernia.It has many advantages,such as safety,early ambulation time,less postoperstive pain and lower recurrence.
