摘要
目的探讨健康教育护理路径在社区获得性肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法将100例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组在此基础上按照健康教育护理路径进行健康教育。观察两组患者健康教育达标情况及其对临床护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者健康教育达标情况及其对临床护理工作满意度均优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育护理路径对社区获得性肺炎患者实施健康教育,可提高健康教育的质量和患者对临床护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing pathway in the health education used for managing the patients with community acquired pneumonia.Methods 100 patients with community acquired pneumonia were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were managed with the traditional method for health education,while the patients in the observation group were managed by the nursing pathway in health education.The levels of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients for clinical nursing work were observed and compared between the two groups.Result The levels of the health knowledge and satisfaction of patients for clinical nursing work in the observation group were better than those of the control group significantly(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing pathway for health education in the management of community acquired pneumonia may improve the quality of health education and the satisfaction of patients for clinical nursing service.
