摘要
加载轨迹对于飞机蒙皮拉伸成形过程至关重要。本文基于Abaqus通用有限远仿真软件,结合实际生产过程中拉形机的拉伸轨迹,对飞机蒙皮拉伸数值模拟中夹钳区域的加载轨迹进行了初步研究。通过对比之前传统加载轨迹所得出的结果,验证了改进加载轨迹的合理性和有效性,在一定程度上为飞机蒙皮拉伸成形工艺的设计与分析提供了新的思路。
Pick to: loading trajectory for aircraft skin stretch forming process is critical. In this paper, based on Abaqus finite element simulation software, combined with the actual production process of stretching machine tensile trajectory, the aircraft skin stretch in the numerical simulation of loading path clamp area had preliminary research. By comparing the traditional before loading trajectory the results show improved loading trajectory, rationality and effectiveness, to a certain extent for aircraft skin stretch forming process design and analysis provides a new train of thought.
