摘要
设计了一副汽车油箱下壳出油口的冲孔翻孔复合模,采用凸模、凹模在拉伸件外部固定不动,而凸凹模在斜楔的拉动下在拉伸件内部做水平运动的模具结构,解决了在拉伸件的侧壁上冲孔翻孔一次完成的问题。
design of a vehicle fuel tank shell oil outlet hole flanging compound die punching, the convex die, die in tensile pieces of external fixed, while the punch and die in the oblique wedge pulling in tensile pieces to do within the horizontal movement of the mold structure, solves the tensile pieces on a side wall of the punching turning hole through a problem.
