针对当前河南旅游业存在的文化性薄弱问题,从树立文化旅游大产业的理念、文化产业与旅游产业融合发展、构建具有河南特色的文化旅游产品体系、重视非物质文化旅游、全面实施整合开发、依靠文化创意促进旅游产品升级、建立提升旅游业服务质量的长效机制等方面,为河南文化旅游的强省发展提供参考.
