急性下壁心肌梗死的并发症及治疗

目的:探讨急性下壁心肌梗死的并发症,观察其临床疗效。方法:收治急性下壁心肌梗死患者62例,16例患者在住院期间出现并发症,探讨发生原因及治疗。结果:并发症病例约占总数的28%。结论:观察急性下壁心肌梗死并发症的发生及有效治疗的必要性。

Objective：To explore the compli- cation of acute inferior wall myocardial. To observe the effective treatment and the treatment method. Methods：To analysis 62 patients with acute inferior wall myocardial in our hospital from 2005 to 2010.16 patients of them suffered from complication. To explore the pathogeny and treatment of these cases. Conclusion：The patients with complications accounted for 28% of the total cases. This result indicates that, detecting the complication in time and taking effective treatment immediately are both necessary.
