宫颈癌Ⅱ期术前介入治疗效果评价80例

目的:探讨介入治疗在宫颈癌Ⅱ期术前新辅助化疗中的临床价值。方法:103例宫颈癌患者中30例行单纯手术治疗,83例经超选插管化疗栓塞后手术,分析手术中出血、术后病理报告等临床资料及疗效。结果:介入化疗后手术组较单纯手术组出血量少,病理报告提示肿瘤坏死变性,瘤体组织中有炎性细胞浸润,周围脉管系统内未见有癌栓形成。结论:在宫颈癌Ⅱ期新辅助化疗中,子宫动脉介入栓塞治疗是术前新辅助化疗时效性较高的辅助方法。
