摘要 目的:分析了解Click-ABR及40-Hz最大声输出无反应儿童是否有残余听力及其ASSR阈值分布特点。方法:对112例短声ABR未引出波V及40-Hz最大声输出无反应的感音神经性听力损失儿童进行ASSR测试,刺激声载波频率分别为500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz、4000Hz,并统计分析其结果。结果:112例儿童中有100例儿童的ASSR测试结果显示不同频率有残余听力存在,频率多集中在1000Hz和2000Hz,阈值范围多集中在110~120dBHL。结论:Click-ABR及40-Hz最大声输出无反应的感音神经性听力损失不等于完全没有残余听力。对Click-ABR及40-Hz最大声输出均无反应且不能配合行为听阈测试的聋儿,应该常规进行ASSR测试,根据综合测试结果评估患儿的残余听力,制定患儿的干预及护理方案。 Objective: To investigate ASSR Thresholds and determine residual hearing in Children Without Click - ABR and 40Hz Responses, Methods: Using ASSR to evaluate 112 children' residual heating. These children have no wave V in click - ABR and no responses in 40Hz. And the stumilate sounds of ASSR are 500Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz,4000Hz. Results : Among 112 children, there are 100 children have residual heating in different frequencies. Most frequencies between 1000Hz and 2000Hz, most thresholds between 110 - 120dBHL. Conclusion: Children Without Click -ABR and 40Hz Responses do not mean no residual heating. We need ASSR to determine their residual heating and make a rehabilitation plan.
