摘要
目的:探讨一种使用安全且效果可靠的空气消毒方法。方法:根据消毒供应室空气消毒方法的不同,将48例空气细菌培养配对分成两组,每组24例,对照组是用紫外线空气消毒后做的空气培养,实验组是用超薄空气洁净屏消毒后所做的空气培养。其中无菌区、清洁区分别为12例,比较两种空气消毒方法在不同的区域的使用效果及对人体的安全性,并做统计学处理。结果:两种空气消毒方法都有消毒作用,实验组与对照组比较,无菌区有差异性(P<0.05),清洁区差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:消毒供应室使用空气洁净屏进行空气消毒,效果可靠,避免了紫外线消毒等方法的种种缺陷,且安全性大大提高,可在有人的情况下进行消毒。
