摘要 目的 :探索人体形态学各课程间的有机联系 ,建立统一的人体形态结构课程体系。方法 :搜集、比较、分析国内外有关医用形态学理论和实验教材及学科新进展 ;搜集、比较、分析医学院校医用形态学的课程设置、教学大纲、教学进度、教学效果。结果 :发现现有医用形态学各学科教材有相互重叠、知识空区 ;医用形态学各课程教学缺乏衔接 ,缺乏相互协调配合 ;实验材料缺乏科学系统编排 ;明显缺乏有关细胞无丝分裂与人体组织动力学的教学内容与科学研究。结论 :医用人体形态学必须改革 ,用组织动力学理论将医用形态学各学科有机地联系在一起 。 Aim:To explore the relationship among the various branches of morphology,and to construct united course system of human morphology. Methods:The theriotical and experimental textbooks and new information in medical morphology were collected, compared with and analyzed; the materials about course arrangement, teaching outline, teaching schedule and teaching effect were also done as above. Results: There are overlap and knowledge blank among the various branches of morphology. Lack of link and coordination among the teaching in various courses was found. Teaching and research on amitosis and histodynamics were sparse. Conclusion:Human morphological teaching must be innovated. The construction of united textbook of medical morphology based on the organic combination of the various branches of medical morphology with the histodynamics theory was the key to innovate the human morphological teaching.
