摘要 针对传统胎儿监护仪使用有线探头线缆对孕妇的束缚问题,设计并实现了基于RF技术的无线胎心监护探头。采用电路前置的一体化设计方案,在探头内集成超声多普勒胎心检测电路、无线通信电路、900mAh锂电池及其管理系统等。研制的无线探头体积小、重量轻、发射功率低,在胎儿监护仪主机半径15m范围内可靠工作,可连续工作8h以上。无线探头去除了线缆对孕妇的束缚,孕妇可以卧姿、坐姿、走姿等多种姿态进行监护,并更易唤醒腹中胎儿,从而缩短监护时间、提高监护效率。 The wireless FHR probe is designed and implemented based on RF technology,in order to solve the bounding problems caused by the crossed cables and wires of traditional fetal monitors.With the integrated design of pre-circuit,the probes are integrated with ultrasound Doppler FHR detecting circuit,wireless communication circuit,900 mAh lithium battery and its management system.The designed wireless probe has a small size,light weight,and low emission power,which enables it to work more than 8 hours continuously and reliably within 15 m range of radius of the fetal monitor host.The wireless probes free the pregnant women from the bound of cables and wires to make them monitored when lying,sitting and walking,and are easier to wake up the fetus,thus reducing the monitoring time and improving the monitoring efficiency.
