摘要 目的 :检测与分析 p16蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达 ,从而探讨其与食管癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学检测 p16蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达 ,应用 χ2检验、乘积限法、时序检验及COX模型等统计学方法进行统计学分析。结果 :食管癌组织具有较高的 p16蛋白表达缺失率 (49.5 % ) ;早期食管癌患者 p16表达阳性率明显高于晚期 (P=0.0039) ;高分化鳞状细胞癌患者中 p16表达阳性率明显高于中低分化患者 (P=0.016) ;p16阳性患者生存时间明显高于阴性患者 (P=0.0007)。结论 :p16蛋白可能成为辅助临床评价肿瘤生物学行为。 Objective: To determine and analyse the expression of p16 protein in tissues of esophageal carcinoma and to probe its relation to the carcinogenesis, development and prognosis of esophageal cancer. Methode: The esophageal cancer tissue was examined immunohistochemically for expression of p16, and the data was analysed with Chi square test, product limited, Log Rank test and COX model. Results: The expression of p16 in esophageal cancer tissue had high a high deficient rate (49.5%), and the positive rate in early stage was higher than that in late stage (P=0.003 9). The expression of p16 protein in highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was obviously higher than that of moderately and low differentiated ones (P=0.016). The patients with positive expression lived longer than the negative ones (P=0.000 7). Conclusion: p16 protein seems to be a useful tumor marker and it can be used to evaluate the tumor biological behavior, sensitivity to the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
