巨大宫颈肌瘤诊疗体会

Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Large Cervical Myoma

目的探讨巨大宫颈肌瘤的临床特征及手术治疗效果。方法对我院手术治疗的30例巨大宫颈肌瘤病例进行回顾性分析。结果 4例行经阴肌瘤剔除术,19例行经腹肌瘤剔除术,7例行经腹子宫切除术,其中29例安全完成手术,1例膀胱损伤,均治愈出院。结论宫颈巨大肌瘤解剖复杂,选择适当的术式手术治疗可取得满意效果。

Objective To explore the clinical features and therapeutic effects of large cervical myoma.Methods 30 cases of large cervical myoma treated with surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results 4 cases received colpomyomectomy,19 cases received abdominal myomectomy and 7 cases received abdominal hysterectomy.Operations were performed safely in 29 cases and one case had bladder injury;all patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.Conclusions The anatomy of large cervical myoma is quite complex,and choosing proper methods for treatment can achieve satisfactory results.
