中西药结合治疗无排卵性不孕的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Anovulatory Infertility

目的探讨中西药结合治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法无排卵性不孕症80例均分为治疗组与对照组,对照组单用克罗米芬治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用以补肾化瘀方治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组显效率为95.0%;对照组显效率为77.5%,两组显效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。经统计学分析,治疗后第3周期两组排卵情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。两组服药期间尚未发现不良反应,两组不良反应情况对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗无排卵性不孕症能有效提高临床疗效,加快正常妊娠的恢复,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating anovulatory infertility.Methods Eighty cases of anovulatory infertility were averagely divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene alone,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with extra treatment（bushen huayu decoction） based on clomiphene.Results The effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group,while 77.5% in the control group;the difference of effective rate between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The difference of ovulation situation between two groups after 3 treatment cycles had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions were found in two groups during medicational period,the difference of adverse reactions between two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05） Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating anovulatory infertility can improve the clinical effect obviously,accelerate the recovery of encyesis without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of application.
