摘要
目的探讨外伤致下丘脑损伤的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法对我院神经外科自2007年1月至2011年6月收治的56例外伤性下丘脑损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者中死亡5例,恢复良好32例,中度残疾12例,重度残疾7例。结论下丘脑损伤病情较重,早期采取积极有效的综合治疗能取得满意疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical feature,diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hypothalamus injury.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with traumatic hypothalamus injury in neurology department from January 2007 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The results showed 5 cases of death,32 cases of good recovery,12 cases of moderate disability and 7 cases of severe disability.Conclusions Traumatic hypothalamus injury is usually critical in severe conditions,and the positive and effective treatment at early stage can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
