外伤性泪小管离断双路泪道置管术的护理

Nursing of Double Lacrimal Passages Implantation for Traumatic Canaliculus Disruption

目的探讨外伤性泪小管离断双路泪道置管术方法及护理。方法对2010年1月至2010年8月我科收治的36例(36眼)外伤性泪小管离断患者行双路泪道硅胶引流管植入术,并辅以精心细致的护理,对患者进行术后回访,了解其临床疗效。结果术后对患者的第6个月回访中显示,治愈32例,显效3例,仅1例无效,临床效果显著。结论对外伤性泪小管离断患者行双路泪道置管术,再辅以精心护理,可显著提高患者治疗效果,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the methods and nursing of double lacrimal passages implantation for traumatic canaliculus disruption.Methods 36 cases（36 eyes） of traumatic canaliculus disruption in our department from January 2010 to August 2010 received double lacrimal passages implantation with silica gel drainage-tube and careful nursing.The patients were followed up after operation to observe the clinical effect.Results The results of follow-up at the 6th month after the operation showed 32 cases of cure,3 cases of effectiveness and 1 case of ineffectiveness.The clinical effect was prominent.Conclusions Double lacrimal passages implantation combined with careful nursing for traumatic canaliculus disruption can improve the clinical effect obviously,which is worthy of clinical application.
