云南白药与康复新液应用于老年人压疮的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Yunnan White Drug and Kangfuxin Solution on Elderly Pressure Sore

目的观察云南白药与康复新液治疗老年人压疮的疗效。方法选择43例(共57处病灶)带Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的老年患者并随机分为两组,观察组23例(33灶),对照组20例(24灶)。疮面首先经0.5%碘伏消毒并用双氧水及生理盐水清洁后,观察组外涂云南白药并配合红外线局部照射,对照组采用康复新液纱布湿敷并配合红外线局部照射,观察两组的治疗效果和结痂时间。结果观察组治愈20灶,好转12灶;对照组治愈13灶,好转10灶。两组疗效的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的平均痊愈时间较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南白药与康复新液对老年人Ⅱ、Ⅲ期期压疮均有良好的疗效,但云南白药治疗的疗程较短。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Yunnan white drug and kangfuxin solution in treating elderly pressure sore.Methods Forty-three elderly patients with pressure sore in Ⅱ 、Ⅲ period（57 lesions） were randomly divided into observation group（24 cases,33 lesions） and control group（24 lesions）.The ulcer surface was sterilized by 0.5% iodophor and cleaned by hydrogen peroxide and normal saline.The observation group received the combined treatment of Yunnan white drug and local irradiation with infrared radiation,while the control group received the combined treatment of kangfuxin solution for gauze soaked with alcohol and local irradiation with infrared radiation.The curative effect and scab forming time were observed.Results The observation group had 20 lesions of cure and 12 lesions of improvement,while the control group had 13 lesions of cure and 10 lesions of improvement;the differencs of curative effect between two the groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The average cured time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Both Yunnan white drug and kangfuxin solution have good therapeutic effect on elderly pressure sore,but Yunnan white drug has a shorter course compared with the kangfuxin solution.
