76例痔疮病人术后的中西医结合临床护理探讨

Discussion on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in 76 Patients with Hemorrhoid after Operation

目的分析并评价采用中西医结合护理方法对痔疮术后肛缘水肿以及术后排尿功能障碍的临床治疗效果。方法将我院自2009年12月至2011年6月期间实施痔疮手术的152例病人随机分为观察组与对照各76例,对照组病人术后实施常规治疗,观察组病人在对照组治疗的基础上再给予中西医结合护理。观察并评价两组病人的痔疮术后肛缘水肿以及术后排尿功能障碍情况。结果观察组总有效率(98.68%)高于对照组总有效率(82.89%),两组之间对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组痔疮术后Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级排尿功能障碍明显低于对照组,观察组痔疮术后Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级排尿功能障碍明显高于对照组,两组之间对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合护理方法在改善痔疮术后肛缘水肿以及痔疮术后排尿功能障碍方面的临床疗效令人满意,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on postoperative perianal edema and voiding dysfunction in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods 152 patients with haemorrhoid operation in our hospital from December 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into observation group（76 cases） and control group（76 cases）.The control group received the routine therapy,and the observation group received the traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group.The postoperative perianal edema and voiding dysfunction in two groups were observed and evaluted.Results The total effective rate（98.68%） in the observation group was higher than that（82.89%） in the control group,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The postoperative voiding dysfunction of Ⅲ and Ⅳ level in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,while postoperative voiding dysfunction of Ⅰ and Ⅱ level was significantly higher than the control group;the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve the postoperative perianal edema and voiding dysfunction in patients with hemorrhoids,which is is worthy of clinical application.
