摘要
我们曾观察到消炎痛预处理能使大鼠对半乳糖胺肝损伤产生明显的保护作用,本研究利用大鼠肝细胞原代培养的方法进一步观察了达一现象。结果提示,消炎痛整体处理可使肝细胞本身获得抗损伤的能力,而这种抗损伤能力的形成可能有赖于肝细胞外其它因素的参与。
We observed previously that pretreatment with indomethacin could induce hepatic protection against galactosamine toxicity in rats. In this work a further investigation was made on this phenomenon on primary cultured rat hepatccytes. The results indicated that the isolated hepatocytes of rats pretreated with indomethacin still had the ability to resist galactosamine-induced cytotoxicity as indicated by the higher viability and the lower leakage of enzyme. But cultured hepatocytes of normal rats treated in vitro with indomethacin showed no obvious resistarc: to galactosamine-induced cytotoxicity. These results suggest that indomethacin pretreatment in vivo can make hepatocytes themselves resistive to injury, but the production of this ability probably needs participation of other factors outside the hepatocytes.
