摘要
本文主要介绍大庆华科股份有限公司生产的华科牌ABS系列产品过程中,双螺杆挤出机组的常用螺杆组合元件并对螺杆组合进行优化,研究了不同螺杆组合对华科牌改性ABS力学性能的影响,并设计出适合于改性ABS加工的螺杆组合。结果表明。
This article mainly introduces to China Daqing Branch Company Limited production branch licensing ABS series of products in the process,the twin-screw extrusion unit commonly used screw combined component of screw combination optimization,study the different screw assembly on branch licensing modified ABS influences the mechanical properties,and design suitable for modified ABS processing screw combination.The results show that,using appropriate screw combination is prepared on the mechanical property of modified ABS increased significantly
