摘要
五轴联动叶片磨床的研制是国家"高档数控机床与基础制造装备"科技重大专项课题的任务。该文对五轴联动叶片磨床在线检测仿真技术进行了研究。详细阐述了虚拟检测环境的建立、检测信息的提取以及虚拟机床的驱动等问题,并采用了面向对象的程序设计思想进行了系统结构设计,实现了对检测过程图形化的模拟。
The research and manufacture of 5-axis machine is a task of National Science and Technology Mayor Project "high-level NC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment".The simulation for the on-line inspection of manufacture of 5-axis machine is studied in this article.Some key methods are presented thoroughly,such as the modeling of virtual inspection environment,the obtaining of inspection information and the driving of the virtual machine.Compile system for the simulation is designed based in the objected-oriented programming method.The system is able to simulate the inspection process visually.
