补肾和解法治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 以补肾和解法治疗再生障碍性贫血26例,与西药对照组19例和单纯补肾组20例进行疗效比较,结果总有效率明显优于另两组(P均<0.01),在症状体征的改善及骨髓和外周血象的改善方面也优于另两组。
