腹腔镜手术患者术后分级护理实施中的问题与对策

Problems and strategies in the implementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜术后患者分级护理实施中存在的问题，相应地提出对策。方法对妇科及普外科48名医师进行分级护理知识知晓情况调查及55名护士对腹腔镜术后分级护理执行情况进行调查，对380例实施腹腔镜手术术后患者的医嘱护理级别同Barthel指数分级评估进行比较。结果医嘱分级护理在划分及实施中存在医师对分级护理知识了解片面、护士被动执行过程中与患者的实际情况不符等问题。结论分级护理的划分和实施需要全面评估患者的病情及生活自理能力，及时作出调整。应加强对分级护理的培训并进一步完善其内容。

Objective To explore the problems and strategies in the implementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted in 48 doctors on the awareness of grading nursing and 55 nurses on the im- plementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery, and comparison was made between the grading nursing under the doctor＇s order and Barthel index of 380 patients with laparoseopic surgery. Results The doctors＂ recognition of grading nursing was unclear. The grading nursing in the implementation was imcompatible with the actual situation of the patients. Conclusions The comprehensive assessment on the patients＂ conditions and the ability of daily life and adjustment should be made promptly. At the same time, the training should be strengthed and complete the contents of grading nursing.
