低年资护士对护理安全标识系统的认知调查 被引量:8

Investigation on the cognition of low qualification nurses about nursing safety identification system

摘要 目的探讨低年资护士对护理安全标识的认知情况。方法选取我院外科(含五官科)12个病区的低年资护士111名,年龄20~25岁,工龄0~5年,应用自行设计的《护理安全标识系统认知调查表》进行调查了解低年资护士对护理安全标识的认知情况。结果所有低年资护士均知晓护理安全标识的种类;80名(72.07%)低年资护士认为护理安全标识对护理安全管理有作用,31名(27.93%)认为没有作用;110名(99%)能按规范使用护理安全标识;87名(78.38%)低年资护士参加过护理安全标识相关知识培训,24名(21.62%)未参加过培训。低年资护士对患者身份识别标识使用认知程度最高,回答正确率均〉95%,对治疗环境标识使用认知模块回答正确率最低,均低于55%。结论低年资护士对护理安全标识有一定程度的认识,工作年限高的护士认知程度高。对患者身份识别标识的使用认知效果满意,治疗环境标识使用认知差。应加强对低年资护士规范护理安全标识系统的培训,提高认知程度,同时加强监管机制,真正实行无缝隙管理。 Objective To explore the cognition of low qualification nurses about nursing safety identification system. Methods A total of 111 low qualification nurses were selected whose ages were from 20 to 25, working years from 0 to 5, and investigated with self - designed questionnaire. Results All of them knew nursing safety identification species. Eighty of them(72. 07% ) considered nursing safety i- dentification helpful to nursing safety management, 31 of them (29.93%) owing opposing views, 110 nurses (99%) could accurately use nursing safety identification, 87 nurses(78.38% ) had participated related training of nursing safety identification, 24(21.62% )did not. The degree of cognition about patients identification marks was most highest, the correct answer 〉 95%. However, the degree of cognition about the treatment environment marks was low, the correct answer was 〈 55%. Conclusions Low qualification nurses have certain cognition a- bout mlrsing safety identification system, which is related with working years. The training concerning standardized use of nursing safety iden- tification system should be strengthened in low qualification nurses. Low qualification nurses should be strengthened training standard nursing safety identification system, enhance the degree of cognition, strengthen supervision mechanism, implement seamless management.
