护理人员诊疗艾滋病的心理状况及职业暴露知识的调查与预防

The nursing＇s psychological demand and the knowledge of occupational exposure on AIDS diagnosis and treatment

目的 探讨护理人员诊疗艾滋病的心理状况及艾滋病职业暴露防护知识的掌握情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷，对我院206名护士进行调查，问卷内容包括一般资料、诊疗艾滋病的心理、艾滋病基础知识、艾滋病职业暴露知识。结果96％的护士对艾滋病病人接受，78．8％的护士希望定期调动离开艾滋病病房，62．6％的调查对象能接受朋友家人感染，91．4％的调查对象知道艾滋病传播途径，46．5％的护士知道日常生活接触不是传播途径，94．4％的护士知道艾滋病职业暴露方式，66．7％的护士知道艾滋病职业暴露后紧急处理方法，只有21．7％的护士知道艾滋病职业暴露后预防用药方案。结论护士对诊疗艾滋病病人接受态度良好，对自己患病接受差，对艾滋病一般知识基本掌握，对艾滋病职业暴露预防知识不够了解，暴露后处理的认知不足。应加强职业安全教育培训，实施标准预防，提高护士的职业素质。

Objective To explore the nursing＇s psychological demand and the knowledge of occupational exposure on AIDS diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 206 nurses were investigated by self - designed questionnaire on general data, AIDS treatment psychology , AIDS knowledge and AIDS occupational exposure knowledge. Results About 96% of the nurses were accepted by AIDS patients, 78.8% of them hoped to mobilize and lefe regularly , 62. 6% of them accepted friends and family infected with HIV, 91.4% of them knew transmission ways, 46. 5% of them knew that daily life contact was not the spread way, 94.4% of them knew AIDS occupational exposures ways, and 66. 7% of them knew AIDS occupational exposures emergency treatment. Only 21.7% of them knew AIDS occupational exposures prevention regimen. Conclusions The nurses attitude to accepting others＂ AIDS infection is good but to accepting self - infection is poor. General knowledge about HIV/AIDS is basically mastered but occupational exposure prevention knowledge as well as post - exposure treatment knowledge are not clear enough. It is a must for the hospital to strengthen occupational safety education training and implement standard prevention in order to improve the professional quality of nurses to provide basic proof for preventive measures.
