住院糖尿病患者对糖尿病眼病防治知识了解状况的调查

Investigation on hospitalized patients with diabetes knowing about the prevention and treatment of oculopathy caused by diabetes

目的探讨住院糖尿病患者对糖尿病眼病防治知识的了解状况。方法采用自行设计糖尿病眼病防治知识调查表及患者一般情况调查表，对125例住院糖尿病患者进行糖尿病眼病防治知识调查和分析。结果住院糖尿病患者眼病防治知识得分最高为14分，最低为3分；错误率最高的是对定期眼科检查的认识，达到85．6％；住院糖尿病患者主要通过糖尿病科及眼科医护人员的健康宣教获取糖尿病眼病的防治知识；不同学历患者对糖尿病眼病防治知识掌握程度不同。结论住院糖尿病患者对糖尿病眼病的危害、临床表现掌握程度较高，对糖尿病眼病的早期防治、定期眼科检查掌握程度差；糖尿病专科、眼科医护人员的健’康教育是住院糖尿病患者的主要知识来源渠道，患者从其他医护人员处获得的糖尿病眼病的信息少；文化程度与糖尿病眼病掌握程度呈正相关，文化程度越高，对糖尿病眼病掌握度越高。

Objective To explore what hospitalized patients with diabetes knew about the prevention and treatment of oculopathy caused by diabetes. Methods A total of 125 hospitalized patients with diabetes were investigated on the prevention and treatment of oculopa- thy caused by diabetes with self - designed questionnaire and general condition .questionnaire. Results The highest score of hospitalized patients with diabetes about the prevention and treatment knowledge of oculopathy caused by diabetes was 14, while the lowest score was 3 ; the highest error rate was＂ the cognition of eye inspection at regular intervals , which reached 85. 6% ; hospitalized patients with diabetes obtained the knowledge mainly via health education given by the medical personnel of Diabetes Dept and Ophthalmology; The level of the knowledge grasp was related to education degree of patients. Conclusions Hospitalized patients with diabetes could know well the harm of oculopathy caused by diabetes and clinical features, less understanding prevention treatment of oculopathy caused by diabetes in early stages, eye inspection at regular intervals. Information sources about the disease are little ; there is a positive eorrelativity of education degree and understanding of the prevention and treatment knowledge.
