摘要
目的了解少数民族患者在门诊分诊过程中的服务需求,分析其存在的相关影响因素,探讨如何提高门诊护士与少数民族患者的沟通效果。方法运用自行设计问卷对145名少数民族患者进行调查,并对其结果进行分析。结果少数民族患者在门诊分诊服务中,认为最为重要的需求是对护士素质的提高,其得分为(33.99±4.13)分,其次是对就医环境的需求程度相对较高。结论应加强门诊分诊服务水平及质量,满足少数民族患者的就医需求,提高门诊少数民族患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the requirement of minority patients on outpatient clinic service and the related influence factors. Methods A total of 145 minority patients were investigated by self - designed questionnaire. Results The score of self - designed questionnaire of 145 minority patients was 33.99± 4. 13. The most important requirement was to be enhanced the nurses'diathesis and the circumstance of treatment. Conclusions The outpatient services levels and quality should be strengthened, and improve the patient's treatment, raise patients" satisfaction.
