应用阑尾作可控膀胱输出道的疗效观察

目的 :探讨阑尾作可控膀胱输出道的疗效。方法 :采用 Riedmiller方法并加以改进共施行阑尾输出道可控膀胱术 12例。结果 :随访 8～ 5 3个月 ,术后控尿、导尿效果理想。结论 :阑尾输出道可控膀胱术方法简单 ,使用肠管少 。

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effect of appendix as the stoma in continent reservoir. Methods: Between Jun,1994 and Feb,1998,a total 12 cases of carcinoma of bladder and neurogenic bladder were processed with modified Riedmiller operation.Results:8 to 53 months postoperative follow up revealed that all patients can control their urination, and catheterize easily by themselves. None has incontinence. Conclusions: The modified Riedmiller operation is an effective method for urinary diversion, it is easier to perform and use less bowel, the postoperative effect is satisfactory.
