Increasing demand and crossing deeper and wider strait make the traditional prefabrication method of concrete immersed tube face many challenges.It is of significance to develop more efficient,flexible and reliable prefabrication methods.Based on typical projects,the new methods of prefabrication of concrete immersed tube are introduced,including mobile dry dock technology,partial floating pouring technology,factory production and full-section segment pouring technology.The characteristics,construction techniques,advantages and defects for each prefabrication method are introduced respectively.The new methods enrich the design and construction technology of immersed tube tunnel.
