Hepatectomy for huge primary liver cancer: report of 171 patients

目的 探讨肝切除治疗巨大肝癌的安全性和可行性。 方法 回顾性总结切除巨大肝癌 (直径大于 10cm) 17例的治疗结果 ,对肝切除治疗巨大肝癌应注意的一些问题进行了讨论。 结果 肝切除治疗巨大肝癌 171例中 ,术后 1个月内死亡 2例 (1.2 % ) ,术后 1、2、3、5和 10年生存率分别为 6 6 .1%、42 .1%、32 .7%、12 .2 %和 2 .3% ,说明肝切除对延长巨大肝癌患者生存时间的效果是明显的。 结论 肝切除治疗巨大肝癌是安全可行而且有效的。

Objective[WT5”FZ] To discuss the safety and feasibility of hepatectomy for huge primary liver cancer (PLC). [WT5HZ]Methods[WT5”FZ] The effect of resection of huge PLC was examined retrospectively. Some problems about resection of huge PLC were discussed. [WT5HZ]Results[WT5”FZ] In 171 patients with huge PLC undergoing hepatectomy, 2(1 2%) died in one month after operation. The 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 and 10 year survival rates of the patients were 66 1%, 42 1%, 32 7%, 12 2% and 2 3%, respectively. The effect of prolonging survival time was significant.[WT5HZ]Conclusion[WT5”FZ] Hepatectomy for huge PLC is safe, feasible, and effective. [WT5HZ]
