摘要
目的 探讨bcl 2和Fas/FasL系统在肝癌细胞凋亡过程中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 3 6例肝癌和 4 9例肝硬化组织中bcl 2、Fas和FasL的表达 ,用TUNEL法检测肝组织中的细胞凋亡。结果 肝癌组织与肝硬化组织比较 ,凋亡细胞明显减少 ;肝癌和肝硬化组织中bcl 2的表达率分别为 16.66%和 67.3 4% ;Fas的表达率分别为 5 2 .77%和 73 .4 7% ;FasL的表达率分别为 72 .2 2 %和 4 2 .86%。结论 bcl 2在抑制肝癌细胞凋亡过程中可能不起主要作用 ,而Fas和FasL在肝癌的细胞凋亡调节过程中具有重要作用。
Objective\ To investigate the effect of bcl 2 and Fas/fasL system in the apoptotic process of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods\ Expression of bcl 2, Fas and FasL in HCC and liver cirrhosis (LC) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method. Results\ Compared with LC, apoptotic cells in HCC tissues were significantly reduced. Expression rate of bcl 2, Fas and FasL in HCC tissues was 16.66 %, 52.77 % and 72.22 % respectively, and those in LC tissues was 67.34 %, 73.47 % and 42.86 % respectively.Conclusion\ bcl 2 may not play an important role in the apoptosis of HCC cells, and the Fas/FasL system might play an important role in regulation of apoptosis.
