It was discussed that the DC and AC IP method of communication, the working principle, technique, equipment and instruments, observation in this paper,the authors analyzed the content such as parameterd both of the fi）rms and inner link, introduced the melhod of electricity and abnormal data inversion processing, and the necessity of the examples that were controlled, and the fre-quency spectrum of technical advantages of electrical method and the deficiency was pointed out, the proposal should be constantly strengthen the sludy and improvement.
